A client calls and asks if you have a car from Friday. On your phone:
- pick the period and see which vehicles are free,
- "Reserve", the client's name, save,
- the reservation is in the calendar right away, for everyone in the company.
A payment in 15 seconds
A driver comes in to pay. On your phone:
- type or say the plate or the name, and the contract is there,
- three dots, "Payment", the amount owed is already filled in,
- save, and the payment is in the driver's ledger.
Fines and damage go the same way, straight to that driver and that vehicle.

What it does
See who owes at a glance
On the home page: who should pay today, who is late and how much, which vehicle is with whom. Send the driver a reminder with one tap via WhatsApp, Viber or SMS.
Rent is billed by itself, in advance or at the end of the period.
Reservations and free vehicles
Enter the period the client asks for and see right away what is free, what may be free and what is taken. A reservation takes the vehicle, and "Rent out" from a reservation fills in the contract.
A ledger for every driver and company
Every charge and every payment, with the balance after each row. Deposits, fines, damage and repairs in one place, export to Excel in one click.
Any contract in seconds
All contracts in one place. Search by plate, name, passport number or phone, by typing or by voice. Active ones are at the top, finished ones are one click away.
Every contract has payment, fine and damage next to it, and the "Reviewed" mark tells you what has already been checked.
Fines without searching
Enter the plate, date and time from the fine, and the app suggests the driver who had the vehicle then and adds the fine to their ledger. Send them a message with a photo of the fine right away.

Every repair with parts, labour and supplier, with the vehicle's cost. For customers: appointment booking, a quote, a work order, vehicle intake with a status and a tyre hotel; for mechanics, monthly output.
Photos and documents
Fines, damage, ID documents, signed contracts and vehicle videos, with a document type and one-click printing.

Roles and per-user access: the accountant sees money, the mechanic sees repairs, with no extra charge per user.
Rental price list
A daily price by rental length and season, with a mileage limit and a charge per kilometre over it. A percentage discount for regular partners. When you rent out a vehicle the price is suggested for you, and you can change it.
Vehicle photos to the client
A client asks what the car looks like: send photos of a free vehicle via WhatsApp or Viber with one tap.
Voice notes
While you are at the car, record a note instead of typing it, or add a voice message from Viber. Tick it off once you have entered it.
Vehicle costs
Fuel, washing, tolls or a repair are entered from the vehicle page, by voice too. Everything counts toward that vehicle's profit.
Cash register
Who received how much cash, handing money over, and cash in and out of the till. Turned on only for firms that need it.
Light or dark theme
The dark theme is easier on the eyes in the evening and saves phone battery. Each device remembers its own choice.
Pro plan
Say it or snap it. The app fills in the form.
A fine from the notice, a vehicle from the registration card, a repair from the invoice, a rental or a payment from one sentence. You just check and save; nothing is saved without you.
Old paper contracts, passports, driving licences and fines are entered by taking photos: the app recognises what is in the photo, creates the drivers and contracts, and you confirm. And when you are not sure how to do something, you ask the AI assistant in the app.
