The calendar shows every vehicle by day: rented out, reserved, late returning. Enter the period a client asks for and see right away what is free.
A reservation has a time, pick-up and return place and a flight number for the airport. “Rent out” from a reservation fills in the agreement.
A rental agreement in a minute
Vehicle, driver, price, deposit and billing: daily, weekly or monthly, in advance or at period end. A numbered agreement right away as a PDF, with the insurance policy and registration for printing.
All agreements in one place: search by plate, name, passport number or phone, by typing or by voice. Vehicle swaps and rental pauses are done from the agreement.
Who owes and who is late
The home page shows who has to pay today, who is late and how much, and which vehicle is with whom. Send the driver a reminder on WhatsApp, Viber or SMS with one tap.
Rent is calculated automatically, and every payment goes into the driver’s ledger, with the balance.
Fines and damage: who was driving
Enter the plate, date and time from the fine and the app suggests the driver who had the vehicle then and adds the fine to their ledger. In the Pro plan you just photograph the fine and AI reads the notice and fills in the form.
How much each vehicle earns
Rental income, costs (repairs, fuel, washing, tolls) and the profit of each vehicle for a chosen period, plus how many days it was rented out. In the Pro plan.

A daily price by rental length and season, a mileage limit with a charge over it, a discount for regular clients. The price is suggested when you rent out a vehicle.

Both. ServisOS runs in the browser on a computer, and on a phone (Android and iPhone) you add it to the home screen as an icon and it works like an app, with notifications. Nothing is installed from a store, and the data is the same on every device.
