1. The service and the parties
ServisOS is an online record-keeping app for rent-a-car businesses and car repair shops. The service is provided by Milan Milić ("ServisOS", "we"). The customer is the company or sole trader that opens an account (the "business"). The service is intended for business use, not for consumers.
These terms, the Privacy policy and the Data processing agreement form the contract between ServisOS and the business.
2. Acceptance
The business accepts these terms and the Data processing agreement when it starts the free month or makes its first payment. Every user the business adds acts on behalf of the business and under these terms.
3. Accounts and users
- The business owner adds users and decides what each of them can see and change.
- Accounts are personal. Passwords are not shared and are kept secret.
- The business is responsible for what its users do in the app.
- If you suspect someone is misusing an account, change the password at once and contact us.
4. Plans, free month and payment
- There are two plans, Start and Pro. The price depends on the type of business and the number of fleet vehicles and is published on the Pricing page. Users are not charged separately.
- The first month is free, with no obligation to pay.
- Payment is monthly or yearly (yearly: two months free), in euros or in dinars at the National Bank of Serbia middle rate on the day of payment. The payment method is agreed when signing up.
- The provider is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged on the prices.
- The plan is valid until the date the owner sees on the Company page. Expiry reminders arrive 7 days and 3 days before, and on the day of expiry.
- If the business crosses a vehicle-count threshold, the new price applies from the following month. Repair shop customers' vehicles do not count.
- We announce price list changes at least 30 days in advance. They do not affect a period already paid for.
- The first 10 businesses pay a founding price: the price from the price list in force when they started paying. It does not change while the subscription continues without a break, even when the price list changes.
- In the Pro plan the AI reads up to 500 photos and documents a month per business; voice and text are unlimited. The limit resets on the 1st of the month, and for a larger one-off job (such as moving old paperwork) we raise it temporarily on request.
5. When the plan expires
- For the first 7 days after expiry the app is read-only; changes are not possible.
- After that, access is closed, but the owner can still export the business's data to Excel.
- Once a payment is recorded, work continues immediately with all data.
- If no payment is made within 90 days of closing, we may delete the business's data, after notifying the owner by email at least 14 days in advance.
6. What ServisOS is and is not
ServisOS is the business's internal record-keeping. It does not issue fiscal receipts, does not send invoices to the e-invoicing system (SEF), does not connect to banks and does not send data to public authorities. It is not accounting software. The business fulfils its own legal obligations (fiscalisation, tax returns, bookkeeping and similar).
7. AI features
AI features (Pro plan) suggest values from speech, text, images and PDFs. A suggestion can be wrong, so the user always checks it before saving. We are not responsible for data saved without checking. AI is meant for the business's reasonable needs; if usage is unusually high, we will get in touch to agree on it.
8. The business's data
- Data the business enters belongs to the business. The owner can export it to Excel at any time.
- The business is responsible for having a legal basis for the data it enters (for example, a contract with the driver or a legal obligation) and for informing the people the data concerns.
- We process that data only to provide the service, under the Data processing agreement, and do not use it for any other purpose.
- We may use aggregate numbers without personal data (for example, how many businesses use a module) to develop the service.
9. Acceptable use
It is not allowed to:
- enter unlawful content or data for which the business has no legal basis;
- try to access other businesses' data or parts of the system not meant for the user;
- overload the system, scrape data automatically, or bypass security;
- resell the service without our written agreement.
If these rules are broken, we may suspend access temporarily and will inform the owner.
10. Availability and support
- We aim to keep the app running at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
- We do maintenance outside working hours where possible and announce it if it takes longer.
- We make backups every day.
- Support: problem reports from the app, [email protected] and +381 64 186 0217, on working days.
- We keep developing the app. Features may change, but we do not remove essential parts of a paid plan without notice.
11. Liability
- We provide the service as it is, with the care of a prudent business.
- We are not liable for lost profit or indirect damage, or for damage caused by incorrectly entered or unchecked data.
- ServisOS's total liability is limited to the amount the business paid in the last 12 months.
- These limits do not apply to damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence.
12. Cancellation and termination
- The business may cancel at any time by writing to [email protected]. The service runs until the end of the paid period; amounts paid are not refunded.
- We may terminate with 30 days' notice, or immediately if the business seriously breaches these terms.
- After the service ends, the owner has 30 days to export the data. We then delete it, and it disappears from backups within the following 30 days.
13. Changes to the terms
We publish changes on this page and announce them to the owner by email or in the app at least 30 days in advance. If the business disagrees, it can cancel before the changes take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means acceptance.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. We resolve disputes by agreement; failing that, the competent court in Belgrade has jurisdiction.
