- The same vehicle or person is not entered twice. Plates and VINs are compared without spaces and dashes, so “BG 3458-UI” and “BG3458UI” are the same vehicle; the form says right away that the vehicle exists, and a registration certificate read by AI is saved to the existing vehicle. The same ID card, passport or driving licence number cannot be entered twice, and for the same name the app says it exists and adds a new person only once you confirm they are different.
- Videos over 100 MB upload more reliably. A large video (up to 250 MB) is sent in 20 MB parts; a part that fails on a weak connection is resent automatically.
- Protection in the browser. The app and the website let the browser run only our own code (CSP), so slipped-in foreign code cannot run or send data to another address.
- Auto repair software screenshots. The “Auto repair software” page now has real screenshots: the garage home page, a customer vehicle, mechanics, the appointment calendar and the tyre hotel.

- Additional drivers on the contract. Besides the lessee you add up to three people allowed to drive the vehicle, when renting out or later in the print window. The contract shows their documents and room for a signature, photos of their documents go into “Everything in one PDF”, and debt and fines stay with the lessee.
- Problem clients and driver rules. You can mark a partner as a problem client, with a reason (e.g. did not pay for damage). When you pick them while starting a rental or a reservation, the app warns you with a red box. In Company → Driver rules you set the minimum age and years of driving licence; if the driver is younger or has had the licence for less time, you see a warning. The licence issue date is entered on the partner.
- Daily plan on your phone in the morning. At the time of the morning summary, today's plan arrives too: who picks up and returns a vehicle, who pays, which deadline expires and which appointments there are, with time, plates and names. A tap opens the Daily plan. Turn it on in Notifications → What to receive.
- Encrypted backups. The nightly copy of the database and files (contracts, driver documents) is encrypted on the server before it goes to the second location in the EU, so it is unreadable without the key. The server log viewer is now behind an extra sign-in. More on the Security and data page.

- Appointment calendar. The Appointments page now has a calendar next to the list: rows are mechanics or workplaces, columns are hours, and appointments are bars coloured by status. Clicking an empty spot books an appointment right at that time.
- Paid this month. A new number on the home page: how much money came in since the first of the month and from how many payments. The Billing page is no longer in the menu, because rent runs by itself; the “To bill” number is shown only to companies that bill some contract manually.
- Appointment booking. A new Appointments page: customer visits by day, by mechanic and by workplace (lift, pit), with no two appointments at the same time. You send the customer a reminder with one tap, appointments also show in the Daily plan, and when the customer arrives you open the vehicle intake from the appointment.
- Tyre hotel. Maintenance → Stored tyres: tyres of customers (and of your fleet) with season, size, DOT and storage place, a PDF receipt, a change reminder to the owner and the return.
- Mechanics and output. You note the mechanic on a repair, and Maintenance → Mechanics shows for a month how many repairs each mechanic did, the labour charged and their share by percentage.
- Vehicle intake and work order. At intake you enter the customer request, the fuel and the condition of the vehicle. You change the status (received, in progress, waiting for parts, ready, picked up) with one click, the home page has an “In the workshop” box, and when the vehicle is ready you message the customer. The PDF work order has room for signatures.
- Service book as a PDF. All repairs and services of a vehicle, with mileage and fitted parts, without prices. Send it to the customer or the buyer of the vehicle, or print it.
- Customer reminder. When a customer's registration, inspection or service is due, you send them a reminder on WhatsApp, Viber or SMS, and the app remembers whom you have told.

- Short "How it works" videos. Reservation, renting out, return, payment, fine, expense, crew boss and daily plan, 15–30 seconds each, on the How it works page and in the app help ("▶ Watch how").
- Two-step sign-in. Optional: password plus a code from an app on your phone. A device can be remembered for 30 days.
- Email when a new device signs in. When someone signs in to your account from a new phone or computer, you get an email.
- Drivers' debt on a future day. A crew boss sees how much their drivers will owe, e.g. at the end of the month, and you send the PDF on Viber or WhatsApp.
- Fines with a photo to the driver and the crew boss. A fine is sent with its photo, and the crew boss gets one message for all their drivers. You edit the message texts yourself.
- Shortcut order. In the "+ New" menu you put the shortcuts in the order that suits you.

- Vehicle handover report. A car sketch with damages, fuel, mileage, photos and a finger signature, then a PDF with the contract.
- Switching from another program. Running contracts and reservations from Excel, with each driver's debt on the switch day.
- Fingerprint unlock. The app on your phone asks for your fingerprint, face or PIN.
- Billing from date to date. A month runs from 8 July to 8 August, the return day is not charged, and the ledger shows the period clearly.
20–22 Oct 2026
- Daily plan. What is on today and the next days: rentals, returns, reservations, deadlines and who has to pay.
- Profile pictures. A photo of the vehicle and the driver next to the plate and the name, everywhere in the app.
- New price from a date. Change the contract price from a chosen day, without a new contract.
- Search by VIN. Find a vehicle by its chassis number too.
16–18 Oct 2026
- All in one PDF. Contract, insurance policy, registration and driver documents in one file for printing.
- Pick by typing. Choose a vehicle or a driver by typing part of the plate, name, passport or phone, everywhere.
- Dark theme. Light, dark or same as the device.
- New versions without restarting. When a new version is out, the app loads it by itself.
