Reservation
A client calls about a car. "+ New", "New reservation": vehicle, dates, name and phone. Everyone in the company sees the reservation at once, in the list and in the calendar.
How it works, on a phone
The most common jobs in a car rental company, recorded in a demo company with made-up data. Each video is 15 to 30 seconds long, without sound.
Renting out a vehicle
Vehicle, client and price, then "Rent". The numbered contract is ready to print or send as a PDF right away, together with the insurance policy and the driver's documents.
Returning a vehicle
Pick the vehicle being returned and enter the mileage. Rent is charged up to the return day and the vehicle is free again.
Payment
Debtors are listed first and the amount owed is already filled in. The payment goes to the client's ledger, in cash, by bank transfer or otherwise.
Quick fine
Vehicle and date from the fine. The app finds who was driving at the time, and you send them the fine with one tap (WhatsApp, Viber, SMS).
Expense
Fuel, car wash, tolls or a repair, on a vehicle. The cost shows in that vehicle's profitability.
Crew boss payment
A crew boss brings money for their drivers. The app splits it by their debts, and each driver gets the payment on their own ledger.
Daily plan
Who returns today, who picks up, who is late with a payment and which deadlines are due, for today or the whole week ahead.
