Customer vehicles and repair history
Every customer vehicle with plate, VIN and mileage, and all its repairs by date. When the customer comes back, everything is there, and you send the customer a PDF service book (work, mileage and parts, without prices) with one tap.
A repair with parts and labour
Parts, labour, supplier and price in one place. In the Pro plan you dictate the repair at the car or photograph the invoice, and AI fills in the parts and prices; you check and save.
Vehicle intake and work order
At intake you note the customer request, the fuel and the condition of the vehicle (scratches, items in the car). Every vehicle has a status: received, in progress, waiting for parts, ready, picked up, and the home page shows what is in the workshop right now. When the car is ready, one tap tells the customer to pick it up, and the PDF work order, with room for signatures, is printed or sent.
Mechanics and their output
You note on each repair the mechanic who did it. For a month or any period you see how many repairs each mechanic did, how much labour was charged and how much is theirs by their share. A mechanic on their own account sees only the number of repairs, without amounts.
Appointment booking
A customer calls and you book them in: day, time, duration, mechanic and lift. The app does not allow two appointments for the same mechanic or the same place at the same time, and the hour-by-hour calendar shows at once who is free. The day before, you send a reminder on WhatsApp or Viber, appointments also show in the daily plan, and when the customer arrives you open the vehicle intake from the appointment with one click.
Tyre hotel
Customer tyres in storage: season, size, brand, DOT, tread depth, rims and storage place. You give the owner a PDF receipt, before the season you send a change reminder with one tap, and when they collect the tyres you mark them returned.

Customer reminders
Deadlines of customer vehicles (registration, inspection, regular service by date or mileage) are on one list. When a deadline is near, you send the customer a reminder on WhatsApp, Viber or SMS with a ready text, and the app remembers whom you have already told. The customer comes back to your shop.

Every repair and payment goes into the customer’s ledger, with the balance after each line. The home page shows who owes, and export to Excel is one click.
